Ultrasonic velocity, density and viscosity have been measured for aqueous solution of KCl at different concentrations and at different temperatures, the frequency being maintained at a constant value. These experimental data have been used to estimate the thermodynamic parameters such as Rao’s constant, Wada’s constant and surface tension. Electrical conductivity was measured and along with the above parameters was used to study the ionicity of NaCl.
