Urban blocks are surrounded by many size of the roads. The traffic noise generated on the these roads reach inside of the blocks through the roadside buildings. The noise levels of the inside blocks differ from the form of the roadside building plans such as the separation distance between buildings, height of buildings and the black planning. The present study investigates the noise distribution changes of urban blocks depending on the roadside building forms. In order to this, several complex of urban blocks were investigated with roadside building plans. Also, noises on both the main roads and inside areas were measured at the same time. The noises measures in different urban blocks were compared on the basis of the roadside building plans. Also, computer modeling was undertaken to investigate the noise levels of inside blocks when roadside building forms and plans are changed. As the results, it was clearly found that the traffic noise levels inside the blocks are different by the separation distance between roadside buildings.
