Abstract Spectroscopic methods find a vital role in the field of pharmaceutical science. Infrared and Raman Spectroscopic measurements are being extensively used to identify the structural groups present in a compound. UV –visible spectral analysis for the title compounds were also performed. In the present study FTIR, FT-Raman, UV-Visible, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectral analyses were made for L-Arginine derivatives for various molalities. NMR studies reveal the chemical shifts of the molecule of the sample.From the spectral approach various molecular structures were obtained, for example amide form, enolic form, charge solvated forms etc., of Arginine salts were observed. The structural changes occurring in the solution are envisaged through various spectroscopy techniques.
